As a result of this experience our expeditors are well acquainted with the many different requirements of the over 85 Building Departments which regulate Nassau and Suffolk County, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan (NYC), and the Bronx. This experience goes a long way in obtaining your building permits in a timely manner.
Our architectural and mechanical drafting and design services can take your residential, commercial, or industrial preliminary drawings and create final construction documents suitable for submission to the Building Department to obtain your Building Permit.
For contractors we offer coordination and shop drawings for HVAC, concrete, masonry, steel, furniture, millwork, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm systems.
We also offer sustainable (green) drafting, design, and expediting services for solar (photovoltaic) panel installations and other renewable resource energy projects.
When fire strikes we can help with plans for fire damage repairs. Our experienced permit expeditors can often obtain these Building Permits quickly on a hardship basis.

Many projects require drainage or septic system design which we also routinely provide. We are happy to help you and your clients with our many years of experience with the Suffolk County Department of Health Services in particular.
Food service establishments are also a specialty. Many restaurants, deli's, bakeries, bars, convenience stores, pizza places, bagel shops and other take-out food stores are among our satisfied customers. Retail store design is offered as well.
We also handle Zoning Variances and offer expert representation to present your case before Zoning Boards of Appeal as well as Architectural, Historical, and Site Plan Review Boards.
Surveys, Special Use and Parent/Child (Mother/Daughter) Permits, soil borings, and radius maps are also available.
